Product Description

The Belt-Driven Target Towing Systemis designed for automotive active safety, ADAS and autonomous driving testing in controlled proving-ground environments. It is mainly used to drive vulnerable road user and roadside scenario targets in straight-line motion, including pedestrian targets, bicyclist targets, scooter targets, animal targets and other lightweight test surrogates.

The system supports typical crossing and longitudinal movement scenarios, such as pedestrians crossing the road, cyclists traveling along the road, scooter targets moving through an intersection, and animals moving across the vehicle path. It meets the requirements of C-NCAP and Euro NCAPrelated active safety test scenarios.

Key Features

The system uses a belt-driven motion mechanism to provide stable, repeatable and accurate straight-line target movement for ADAS and active safety testing.

It is equipped with wheel assemblies for convenient movement, positioning and deployment on proving grounds. The high- and low-temperature servo motor supports reliable operation under wide-temperature test conditions.

The system supports multiple triggering modes, including start-stop sensor triggering and GPS triggering, enabling synchronization with test vehicles and scenario control systems.

Multiple overload protection functions are integrated to improve operational safety and extend service life. The system is suitable for repeated testing of pedestrian crossing, cyclist movement, scooter movement, animal crossing and other dynamic target scenarios.
