PRIAUTO is preparing to introduce a new generation of region-specific ADAS test targets for intelligent driving development and validation. The series is designed around typical road environments in Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Southeast Asia, India, North America, and Australia, reflecting local traffic participants, vehicle types, road users, and roadside object characteristics.
The upcoming portfolio includes compact urban vehicles and delivery scooters for Korea, kei cars and elderly cyclists for Japan, motorbike and scooter riders for Vietnam, tuk-tuks and motorcycle taxis for Southeast Asia, auto-rickshaws and road animals for India, pickup trucks and school buses for North America, as well as utes, road trains, and kangaroo targets for Australia.
Compared with conventional generic targets, PRIAUTO’s new solution focuses on regional road characteristics, realistic object appearance, multi-view modeling, and improved scenario adaptability. It can support a wide range of ADAS validation tasks, including AEB, ACC, BSD, LKA, VRU detection, animal crossing scenarios, and static obstacle recognition.
The target series will move through design validation and prototype development in phases, with application cooperation planned for OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, proving grounds, and research institutions.
