Product Description

The Pedestrian Target Series is developed to support the latest C-NCAP pedestrian test requirements and NCAP-oriented active safety evaluation. The target adoptsChina-specific clothing color features required for the latest C-NCAP pedestrian scenarios, providing better consistency with representative pedestrian appearances in Chinese traffic environments. Meanwhile, its key technical characteristics, including body dimensions, visual appearance, radar response, LiDAR reflectivity and dynamic leg motion, are designed in accordance with ISO 19206-2. With adjustable articulated leg motion, lightweight soft construction, mobile App / PC software control and impact capability up to 60 km/h, the target provides a reliable and repeatable solution for AEB Pedestrian testing, VRU detection, sensor validation, perception algorithm development and vehicle-level active safety evaluation.

Key Features

The pedestrian target provides realistic visual, millimeter-wave radar and LiDAR characteristics equivalent to real pedestrians, enabling reliable validation of multi-sensor perception systems.

The target is available with a China-specific clothing color configuration developed for the latest C-NCAP-oriented pedestrian scenarios. The adult and child pedestrian appearances use representative clothing colors commonly seen in Chinese road traffic environments, improving the applicability of the target for China-focused AEB Pedestrian and VRU evaluation.

The articulated leg mechanism supports adjustable leg-swing amplitude and frequency, allowing the target to reproduce different walking and running states. This helps generate realistic visual motion cues and radar micro-Doppler characteristics, improving the repeatability and credibility of pedestrian detection testing.

The lightweight and soft structure is designed to reduce the risk of damage during impact tests. The target supports a maximum vehicle impact speed of up to 60 km/h, making it suitable for NCAP-oriented AEB Pedestrian evaluation and repeated proving-ground testing.

The system supports both mobile app and PC software control. Users can configure target motion parameters, adjust leg movement, start or stop the target, and manage test procedures through an intuitive control interface.
